Manage the store’s operational and administrative activities, ensuring achievement of established goals with a focus on excellence in customer service.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Open or close the store;
* Support all store departments to promote greater development and profitability;

* Conduct interviews for hiring department heads;
* Evaluate the team under their supervision;
* Request promotions, transfers, and dismissals of department heads;
