Job Summary: Professional to perform mold changing, assembly, and disassembly on injection molding machines; machine setup and adjustment; and support in preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preventive and corrective mold maintenance Job Description: Plastic Mold Changer Location: Itaquaquecetuba/SP Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts Responsibilities: · Perform mold changing, assembly, and disassembly on injection molding machines; · Prepare and adjust machines for production startup; · Ensure proper mold clamping and alignment; · Perform process adjustments as required; · Comply with safety and quality procedures; · Support the team in preventive and corrective mold maintenance. Requirements: · Completed high school education; · Proven experience as a Mold Changer or similar role in plastic injection industry; · Knowledge of injection molding machine setup and adjustment; · Basic understanding of occupational safety and best practices in mold changing. Preferred Qualifications: · Training courses in plastics or injection processes; · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
