




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider — legal entity * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone-based customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Conduct external prospecting of new customers via PAP (Door-to-Door) activities and at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Enter new proposals into the system; * Monitor proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate outcomes (approval or rejection) to customers; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales opportunities; * Collaborate with supervisors to facilitate sales origination; * Assist store management in planning store-level initiatives. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefit specified
