This professional must have experience in the civil construction field and possess skills to execute tasks accurately and safely. * Interpret plans and technical specifications to carry out renovations and repairs on buildings. * Prepare the construction site by marking and leveling the ground. * Perform masonry work, laying bricks, blocks, and other construction materials. * Apply floor and wall finishes, using mortar and finishing materials. * Install doors, windows, and other civil construction components. * Build formwork for concrete pouring and perform concrete application. * Maintain and preserve tools and work equipment. * Ensure workplace safety by using appropriate PPE and adhering to safety regulations. * Guide and assist helpers and apprentices in carrying out tasks. * Maintain organization at the construction site and meet established deadlines. * Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams, providing information and contributing to the smooth progress of the project.
