**Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of the area and position:** This person will be responsible for attending to customers of Méthodos Laboratory / Fleury Group. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers’ needs, focusing on preserving humane service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare the customer service counter according to standard operating procedures; Request personal identification documents with photo, health insurance card (validity date, name as stated), medical request form, or for private requests, and required preparation instructions for tests; verify whether information is already recorded in the system for cross-checking or perform registration; Provide information regarding health insurance plans and how test preparation should be carried out (imaging/blood collection/vaccination); Prepare cost estimates and schedule tests (by phone or system) according to the store selected by the customer; Verify service authorization forms and private medical requests; verify simulation reports and finalize general reports on authorization forms, when requested by leadership; Control and forward (via courier, mail, e-mail, or system) authorization forms to the billing department for collection; Perform pre-billing/authorization form verification using reports generated by the computerized system, verifying all service details—from customer and physician data and registered tests to final report closure—before forwarding to the billing department for invoicing with health insurance providers. **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed High School; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Work Model: In-person** Méthodos Unit – ESTIVA Schedule: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM (5 hours on Saturdays) 180 hours/month What we offer: Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Profit Sharing; Private Pension Plan; Exclusive benefits to promote health and well-being for employees and dependents.
