Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing general repairs, building maintenance, furniture handling, and supporting plumbing and painting tasks, ensuring the preservation of environments. Key Highlights: 1. Perform masonry repairs and crack correction. 2. Provide support for plumbing repairs and painting services. 3. Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform minor repairs in buildings, including masonry adjustments, crack correction, surface restoration, and other basic conservation activities. Assist in furniture handling and organization, as well as transportation of materials, tools, and equipment required for routine maintenance tasks. Provide support for plumbing repairs, such as faucet replacements, connection repairs, and simple unclogging. Perform painting services, including surface preparation, sanding, and touch-ups.
