Description

**Description of activities the professional will perform:** Installation of Windows operating systems (hardware, software, networks, internet) Join computers to the domain. Connect printers to the network or locally via USB. Provide technical support to company and organizational users. Assemble and maintain desktops and notebooks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Office 365\. Create standard images for computer labs. VPN configuration. Smart board configuration. Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance, including fault diagnosis and repairs. Install, configure, and update hardware components and systems. Conduct performance testing to ensure hardware efficiency. Identify and resolve IT hardware-related issues. Provide technical support to users regarding hardware matters. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Intermediate Windows, Office 365. Familiarity with disk cloning tools (ImageX, Macrium, Acronis) is desirable. Ability to create standard Windows-based images. Basic Windows Server. Adobe Suite — Installation and configuration. AutoDesk — Validation. VPN client — Installation and configuration. TCP/IP protocol — Configuration. Wi-Fi networks — Configuration. Antivirus — Configuration and analysis. Desktop and notebook maintenance. Operating system (Windows) and application installation. Joining computers to a domain. Installing printers on a network or locally via USB. Providing support to company or organizational users. Comprehensive knowledge of hardware systems and components.
