Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network equipment and servers. Install, format, and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Provide remote and on-site technical support (Level 1 and Level 2\). Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Support Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role.
