Here, you’ll find colleagues and managers ready to support your development. **Growth Opportunities:** We invest in our employees’ professional growth through training programs and internal promotions. **Attractive Benefits:** In addition to market-competitive compensation, we offer benefits ensuring quality of life, such as medical assistance and well-being programs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the Planning ecosystem (MIS, Control Desk, Digital, and Forecast), ensuring synergy across departments and efficient use of data. * Define performance targets (SLA, adherence, productivity, forecast) aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Conduct capacity and scenario analyses, ensuring accurate operational sizing. * Supervise the full planning cycle: demand forecasting, scheduling, KPIs, and reporting to Executive Management. * Ensure governance of processes and rituals (committees, dailies, SLA reviews, and check-ins with Operations). * Monitor financial and operational KPIs, linking performance to cost, ROI, and margin per contract. * Coordinate execution of automation, BI, and digital optimization projects in partnership with IT and Operations. * Develop and train successors at tactical and technical levels, promoting autonomy and continuous learning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, or Operations Management. * Experience leading teams of over 30 people. * Direct and indirect management of teams. * Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills. * Willingness to travel to **São José dos Campos and São Paulo** (client visits). * Immediate availability to start. **Additional Information****More than a Contact Center—we are Credit Recovery specialists.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A company that goes beyond financial results.
