Job Summary: A first-level technical support professional responsible for user support, hardware and software maintenance, and permission management, with an emphasis on continuous learning and proactivity. User management and network administration **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely * Conduct basic user training on system usage, equipment operation, and IT best practices * Perform assembly, maintenance, repairs, and configuration of computers, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals * Install, configure, and support operating systems, corporate software, and company-standard applications * Register, maintain, and delete users, as well as manage permissions and access levels * Assist in network infrastructure administration, including network assets, connectivity, and peripherals * Log, track, and update support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of performed activities * Support the IT team in operational tasks, projects, and departmental administrative routines * Continuously learn and assimilate new technical knowledge, tools, and processes in response to evolving departmental needs **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields (completed or currently pursuing) * Basic knowledge of technical support, hardware, software, and Windows operating systems * Fundamental understanding of computer networks, infrastructure, and connectivity * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration tools (Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Exchange, etc.) is considered a plus * Strong aptitude for continuous learning and interest in technical development * Proactive, organized, communicative, collaborative, and committed personality * Good interpersonal skills and user support capability * Must reside in the Mogi das Cruzes region Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
