* Support the IT department in operational routines of retail systems and ERP * Contribute to process stability, information quality, and store support * ERP support for retail (Autcom / Citel) * Support for the following routines: * Inventory Purchasing Billing Finance Registrations and reports * Level 1 operational support: TEF Printers Store connectivity Citeldesk E-commerce BI Simple integrations * Opening, tracking, and updating of service tickets * Verification of spreadsheets, reports, and simple data discrepancies **Desired Technical Skills** * Basic to intermediate Excel * Interest in access and system security * Knowledge of integration between ERP, e-commerce, and marketplaces **Education** * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
