About the Position We are looking for a **Tax Assistant** to support and execute tax-related routine tasks, ensuring compliance with legislation, process organization, and support for internal and client-related demands. The professional will be responsible for contributing to delivery quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective interdepartmental communication. ? Key Responsibilities * Execute and support activities related to the company’s and clients’ **tax routines**; * Record, verify, and control **input and output invoices**, including CFOP analysis; * Support **tax calculation** and monitoring of tax obligations, such as ICMS, ISS, DIFAL, GNRE, installment plans, and ancillary obligations; * Organize, verify, and maintain up-to-date **tax and accounting documentation**; * Participate in **tax regularization processes**, issuance of **payment slips and certificates**, and support during tax audits; * Support **legalization** and registration requirements with public agencies, when necessary; * Interface with internal departments (accounting, finance, legalization, and customer service); * Register and monitor activities in internal systems, ensuring control over **deadlines, status, and pending items**. ✅ Requirements * Completed high school education; * Undergraduate studies in progress in **Accounting, Administration, or related fields** will be considered a plus; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **tax routines**; * Familiarity with: + Invoices (input, output, and CFOP); + Taxes and tax obligations (ICMS, ISS, DIFAL, GNRE, installment plans); + Tax and accounting documentation; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and sense of responsibility. * Preferred Experience * Experience in an **accounting firm** or **tax department**; * Experience with tax routines and ancillary obligations; * Experience in **tax regularization processes**, issuance of payment slips and certificates, and handling tax-related demands. ?
