Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day Transportation allowance * **Responsibilities** * Authorize customers to undergo examinations according to the PCMSO (Occupational Health and Safety Program). * Clarify customer questions regarding examinations, their importance, and necessity. * Monitor ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) issuance process, ensuring timely upload of examination results. * Respond to customer requests via e\-mail. * Initiate advance payment processes when necessary. * Authorize clinics for customer use. * Organize on\-site attendance upon request. * Ensure submission of eSocial (form 2220\) for customers as per established schedule. * Assist service providers as needed. * Train SOCNET service providers in case of questions.
