Professional to perform examination authorizations, clarify customer inquiries, monitor processes, attend to customers, and organize administrative tasks.

* **Requirements: MANDATORY: Prior experience in occupational or clinical health**
Completed Technical Nursing course with active COREN registration
**Completion of Occupational Nursing Technician specialization required**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
SOCNET system knowledge preferred
Knowledge of social security leave procedures, organizing periodic health campaign activities, and managing administrative tasks;
* **Compensation:**
R$ 3\.325,00 \+ 30% hazard pay
Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
44 working hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day

* **Responsibilities**
* Authorize customers to undergo examinations according to the PCMSO (Occupational Health and Safety Program).
* Clarify customer questions regarding examinations, their importance, and necessity.
* Monitor ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) issuance process, ensuring timely upload of examination results.
* Respond to customer requests via e\-mail.
* Initiate advance payment processes when necessary.
* Authorize clinics for customer use.
* Organize on\-site attendance upon request.
* Ensure submission of eSocial (form 2220\) for customers as per established schedule.
* Assist service providers as needed.
* Train SOCNET service providers in case of questions.
