This professional will be responsible for scheduling at ports and terminals, monitoring operations, and updating the customer control portal. **Responsibilities:** Assist in scheduling and contracting third-party and affiliated drivers; Register pickups and deliveries at ports and terminals; Issue and deliver loading passwords; Monitor operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards; Update customer control portals with current information on operation status; Conduct follow-up with customers and transportation partners; Perform administrative and operational routines related to daily operations; Issue MDF-e and manage toll vouchers. **Requirements:** Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:12 PM to 9:00 PM; High school diploma completed (preferably technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields); Previous experience in transportation; Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and customer portals; Good communication, organization, and ability to work in a team. **What we expect from you:** Be determined to succeed, taking on challenges with attitude and a drive to make things happen.
