**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **JUNIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST**, your primary responsibility will be to execute the operational procurement process — requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring material or service deliveries — ensuring all activities comply with applicable legislation and CTC Industrial’s internal standards.
Working alongside a team committed to excellence, you will:
* Quotations and Negotiations: Request quotations from suppliers, analyze proposals, and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
* Purchase Order Issuance: Process purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy.
* Follow-up: Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials and services, addressing delays or returns as needed.
* Supplier Development: Identify new suppliers, complete supplier registrations, and maintain an updated supplier database.
* Reporting: Prepare operational procurement reports and price variation analyses.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Required:
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months of prior experience in this role.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and proficiency with technology tools/systems (SIENGE/PIPEFY).
* Prior industrial experience is a plus.
