Someone who combines technical skill and sensitivity to transform concepts into videos, animations, and graphic materials that connect people and brands. The role involves bringing ideas, scripts, and campaigns to life—translating strategy into impactful audiovisual content for social media, events, and institutional projects. * Shoot and/or create, edit, and finalize institutional videos, teasers, reels, and social media videos. * Develop motion design pieces and light, dynamic animations. * Support the creation of key visuals, layouts, and supporting materials for campaigns and presentations. * Collaborate with content and strategy teams to ensure narrative and visual consistency. * Adapt materials for different platforms and formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, presentations, etc.). * Actively participate in the creative process—proposing ideas, styles, and formats. ** *Requirements:* ** * Proven experience in video, motion, and graphic design. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. * Understanding of pacing, soundtracks, typography, and visual storytelling. * Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented. * Up-to-date portfolio featuring videos, animations, and graphic materials. ***Advantageous skills:*** * Experience with content focused on conversion and engagement. * Familiarity with storytelling and performance-driven campaigns.
