Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of network management platforms, GIS, and planning tools. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and business units. * Develop and monitor network expansion and optimization plans for telecommunications infrastructure, considering demand, capacity, and technical feasibility. * Conduct network sizing, capacity, and quality studies, proposing improvements and adjustments. * Analyze network performance indicators (capacity, availability, failures, SLA) and propose action plans. * Support the definition of infrastructure investment priorities, aligning with technical and business units. * Ensure timely updates to databases and network management systems, guaranteeing data consistency and traceability. * Prepare technical reports and presentations for managers and executive leadership. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, project, and vendor teams to ensure implementation of network plans. * Participate in projects involving new technologies and infrastructure modernization (fiber, backbone, FTTH, 5G, etc.). 2512070202191909172
