We are looking for a receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist is responsible for attending patient parents in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp; checking patient documents and accredited health insurance plans for billing; and providing support to management in activities related to the reception area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Use WhatsApp as a communication tool with patient parents, answering questions, forwarding clinic and patient care notices and information, and requesting tokens generated by the insurance provider as well as signatures for attendance records and forms. 2. For new patients, receive guidance from management, reinforce warm welcomes to guardians, personally deliver required documents for signature to proceed with clinical treatment, and forward them to administrative coordination. 3. Finalize new patient registration in the Virtues system and create customized medical records for use by therapists. 4. Monitor patient attendance, tracking entries, exits, and absences, informing via WhatsApp in groups including all individuals involved in the process. 5. Receive weekly spreadsheets from the billing department regarding respective medical insurance providers for handling insurance cards and tokens. 6. Prepare service and/or attendance certificates for guardians upon request and obtain the clinical coordinator's signature. 7. Monthly, prepare and send to the billing department the medical insurance attendance sheet and manual forms, collecting signatures from guardians and the clinical team, ensuring all report signatures match to prevent discrepancies and payment blocks by the medical insurer. **SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
