In a short time, we have become the most comprehensive business school in the country. **We transform lives through education.** Some numbers: \+ 20 thousand students \+ 500 classes **Learn more about the challenges of this role:** * Mainly responsible for sales team processes, leading the operation and maintenance of Hubspot and other systems necessary for sales operations. * Collect, analyze, interpret, and monitor data and metrics for business units, providing insights for strategic decision-making; * Build dashboards and reports; * Ensure accurate tracking of sales and leads, measuring channel effectiveness; * Support the acquisition team (especially the sales team) in data analysis, providing insights on databases and customer journeys; * Collaborate with business units in developing efficient and effective processes; * Manage and use tools for data extraction, transformation, and/or loading; * Operate customer communication platforms (especially Hubspot) and offer and payment management systems; * Organize data from multiple sources to generate business value; * Promote an analytical culture within the company; * Use data to identify opportunities and help direct team efforts toward better results. * Perform ad hoc analyses of customer, process, and tool data. **Requirements:** * Previous experience with Hubspot (including workflows) and sales teams; * Basic knowledge of SQL (joins) for analyzing multiple tables simultaneously; * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non\-technical people. **Desirable:** * Experience building dashboards and using BI tools; * Experience with process automation tools (n8n, Make, etc.); * Understanding of API-based communication; * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; * Experience with AI tools; **What behavioral profile are we looking for?** * Analytical mindset; * Teamwork spirit; * Commitment to results; * Openness to receiving regular feedback; * Organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Clear communication; * Resilience and readiness for change. **Work model:** Remote position. **What you’ll find here:** Our environment is collaborative, cheerful, and constantly evolving.
