




Job Summary: Professional to provide administrative process support, planning, and control in the management of health programs, health indicator analysis, and project management. Project and budget planning, monitoring, and control * **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration accredited by the MEC; * Specialization or MBA in health management, hospital management, or quality, accredited by the MEC; * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative activities, including at least 1 year supporting administrative processes, planning, and control. Responsibilities: Monitor and support the management of health program data for the client company. Assist in cost and feasibility studies and development of health management projects. Perform statistical processing and health indicator analysis with healthcare professionals, and prepare managerial presentations. Participate in periodic management meetings and/or other company departments, as requested. Support preparation of monthly technical reports on executed activities. Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling physical and financial resources for projects (WBS and S-Curve). Input, organize, analyze, plan, monitor, and control budget planning (operational and investment) in systems and spreadsheets. Prepare cost presentations for RACS (Critical Results Analysis Meetings), when required.
