Carry out legal and insurance routines, receiving, entering and organizing documents, ensuring the smooth progress of business activities in a generalist manner. Provide legal support in Advisory and Litigation areas to ensure regulatory compliance and defend institutional interests. Requirements Minimum education level Completed higher education Other requirements **To succeed, you must:** * Perform legal activities, receiving and entering into the internal system all process notifications, arranging the respective powers of attorney and necessary documents; * Carry out any and all labor law department activities, always aiming for the best outcome for the Terminal; * Manage all LGPD-related demands to comply with internal policies and current legislation; * Interact with the outsourced legal department regarding any judicial actions related to labor and union claims, providing support by supplying information and/or documents, involving all areas directly or indirectly related, to ensure the best defense for the company; * Update the internal legal system by inputting procedural updates sent by the responsible attorneys, creating email alerts for scheduled hearings and expert evaluations, and sharing commitments with involved parties, proxies and/or witnesses; * Monthly schedule hearings, working with the outsourced legal team to define proxies and/or witnesses according to each scheduled hearing, aiming to contribute to the Terminal's best defense; * Act as a proxy in labor lawsuits, representing the company before labor courts, providing all necessary clarifications to support the defense; * Perform monthly legal closing, including all financial, accounting, and legal movements occurred during the month, as well as information such as case filings, reclassification of cases regarding loss probability, and write-offs of contingencies; * Control the loss probability of all processes under the Terminal’s name, filtering authorizations sent by the outsourced legal team and classifying as probable those requiring contingency provisioning by accounting, to prevent impacts on results; * Manage Terminal contracts, working alongside Amaggi's legal department and the contract manager throughout all stages; * Periodically analyze company contracts, verifying their validity, adherence to internal policies, fulfillment of essential clauses, deadlines, and obligations; * Manage all TGG-named insurance policies, ensuring that necessary renewal information is sent to the shareholder company within deadlines for issuing proper coverage/policies according to identified risks; * Monitor renewals, claims, and demands with insurers, seeking cost optimization and asset protection; * Control and request insurance guarantees when necessary to fulfill certain tax or labor obligations; * Renew the Terminal's power of attorney annually, ensuring proper authority is granted to attorneys and validating the document with Amaggi's finance department; * Attend inspections and technical assessments, direct and file documentation, and monitor processes until archiving; * Support procurement processes, contributing as part of the Controller's office in guiding commercial negotiations conducted by the Purchasing area; * Contribute to setting goals/indicators for the area, monitor and report monthly results, aiming to meet established targets and deadlines. **Mandatory requirements:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Law; Active OAB registration; Previous experience in a port environment. **Solid knowledge in:** Corporate and business law; Contract law (drafting, analyzing, and managing complex contracts); Labor law and union relations; Regulations and rules from the Federal Revenue and other regulatory bodies; Ability to interact with public agencies, unions, and audits; Experience in compliance and LGPD. Intermediate to advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in Maritime/Port Law; Experience in strategic litigation; Power BI.
