RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide assistance and issue documents related to import customs clearance (DI entry and LI issuance). Provide customer service and liaise with terminals, ports, freight forwarders, and shipping lines. Review import documentation. Initiate new processes. Enter process data into the system. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word). Experience in export customs clearance. Practical knowledge of LI issuance and DI entry. Intermediate or higher proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.
