




**Description** If you are a detail-oriented, organized person interested in working in the administrative area of monitoring, this position may be right for you. Your main responsibilities will include data analysis and monitoring internal procedures. Come contribute to the security and efficiency of our processes. **Responsibilities and duties** – Assist in controlling employee delays or absences in Property Security, notifying the Supervisor; – Organize daily reports and forms from the Property Security Department, which you are authorized to access on the server. – Generate service requests (SR) when required; – Assist in uniform requests for Property Security employees, controlling validity/use period; – Update daily the Property Security performance indicators spreadsheet with relevant information; – Create, update and modify employee work schedules in the Department, after prior consultation with the Supervisor; – Help integrate and train new department employees when instructed; – Provide support in all administrative tasks within the Property Security Department where access is authorized; – Keep the workplace and CCOS organized and clean; – Ensure the safety, preservation and maintenance of furniture and other company equipment; – Comply with internal procedures (SGI) and other company regulations; – Keep all employee files and individual folders in the department organized, updating them when necessary; – Comply with the Policy and requirements of the Integrated Management System; – Comply with the controls defined for Aspects and Impacts and Hazards and Risks related to your activities; – Follow instructions corresponding to your activities and perform other related and inherent tasks; – Perform duties of the administrative assistant or assistant, in case of their absence or unavailability. **Requirements and qualifications** High School Diploma Office Package – Basic Level
