




Job Summary: The Tax Analyst will be responsible for controlling, analyzing, and fulfilling tax obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation and advising other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for calculating federal, state, and municipal taxes. 2. Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns. 3. Support tax audits and monitor changes in tax legislation. Tax Analyst Control, analysis, and fulfillment of tax obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Tax Calculation Calculate federal, state, and municipal taxes (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, among others), verify incoming and outgoing invoices, and perform tax credit analysis. Ancillary Tax Obligations Submit tax declarations such as: SPED Fiscal SPED Contributions EFD\-Reinf DCTF DIRF GIA Ensure correct and timely submission. Tax Analysis and Verification Verify correct tax classification (NCM, CFOP, CST). Check tax withholdings. Validate tax registrations of customers and suppliers. Tax Legislation Monitor changes in tax legislation. Interpret regulations and correctly apply them to company operations. Advise other departments (accounting, finance, procurement, and sales). Tax Authority Compliance Prepare documents for audits. Respond to summonses and notifications. Support internal and external audits. Key Competencies Knowledge of tax legislation. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical ability.
