




Job Description: Logistics Assistant Position Responsibilities: Communication: interact with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams. Shipment monitoring: track status, location, and condition of shipments. Receive transportation instructions sent by the account manager/client—via email. Monitor transit and delivery. Follow up with customers. Require proof of delivery with legible recipient name / date / time, on the delivery receipt (invoice stub) / dispatch note. Request return/exchange dispatch notes for container returns. Upload required documents into the ESL system: invoice, invoice stub (with notes on shortages and damages). Schedule trips. Check and schedule return of empty containers. Provide drivers with trip documentation. Organize delivery receipts. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
