Job Summary: Assist the driver in cargo transportation, performing tasks such as loading, unloading, delivery accompaniment, and document verification. Key Highlights: 1. Customer interaction and document organization Assist the driver in cargo transportation by performing tasks such as loading and unloading goods, accompanying the driver during deliveries, verifying documents, ensuring cargo security, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. * **Loading and unloading:** Assist in handling and transporting goods into and out of the vehicle, using equipment when necessary. * **Accompaniment and logistics:** Accompany the driver on delivery and pickup routes, assist with map or GPS reading, and occasionally communicate with customers during deliveries. * **Verification and documentation:** Check invoices, verify product quantities, and assist in organizing transportation-related documents. * **Safety and maintenance:** Ensure cargo is properly secured and stowed, monitor vehicle conditions, and perform basic cleaning and maintenance. * **Customer service:** Interact with customers to resolve questions regarding delivered products or assist in the delivery process.
