Location: Mogi das Cruzes **Shift: 1:20 PM to 7:40 PM; 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM; 3:50 PM to 10:10 PM** Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Salary: BRL 1,621.00 \+ benefits ✅ Requirements Completed high school Minimum age: 18 years old No prior experience required Availability to work afternoon shifts Responsibilities Customer service Entering information into the system Providing support and clarifying customer inquiries PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE: Serve customers by answering questions and providing information about products and services, in accordance with company-established procedures; Negotiate and persuade end customers, following defined service standards and scripts; Perform technical procedures as requested via e\-mail or telephone; Log all interactions in the system, accurately describing actions taken, ensuring correct classification, tabulation, and assignment of priority level, criticality, and severity; Monitor and track internal departments’ adherence to deadlines and action items related to customer requests; Safeguard the security and confidentiality of system access credentials; Comply with company administrative rules and procedures; Maintain confidentiality regarding information and matters related to job responsibilities; Focus on achieving and exceeding established performance goals while adhering to defined quality standards.
