Job Summary: Control the entry and exit of people, identifying and registering access while ensuring compliance with the condominium's safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations **Responsibilities:** Control the entry and exit of residents, visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel; perform identification and registration of access; guide visitors; and ensure compliance with the condominium's safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; Availability to work near Faria Lima metro station. * **Additional Information:** * 12x36 \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; * R$ 2\.162,00 Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
