**Brief Job Description**
Plan fleet vehicle activities for road cargo transportation, conduct daily monitoring of drivers, and allocate drivers to fleet vehicles to meet scheduling demands.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Create loading orders via the system where the request is prepared for logistics control/billing and risk management;
* Monitor trips, track schedules and their forecasts, and report cargo origins and destinations to guide drivers;
* Analyze spreadsheets via the system, reviewing ASO expiration dates to enable timely renewals by drivers without impacting customer service;
* Access client cargo portals via web browser, enter tractor, trailer, and driver data to authorize equipment for loading; after completion, perform a similar operation for unloading to ensure smooth logistics flow and improved monthly profitability;
* Manage time-off for the operations under your responsibility according to trips, location-based availability, and working days, to maintain legal working hours and optimize operational availability, as well as create shift schedules for fixed short-haul drivers;
* Address client needs regarding the provision of scheduling-related information, aligned with their specific requirements;
* Identify equipment availability for preventive maintenance, dealership inspections, and CIV/CIPP issuance or renewal via the follow-up system;
* Migrate, populate, and monitor the follow-up system for pickups;
* Prepare and issue required documentation for loading to meet client requirements;
* Inform clients about equipment availability to optimize fleet utilization;
* Analyze daily equipment productivity for your operational area via the system to generate fleet utilization metrics;
* Review the schedule "closed" by coordination and remap resources to eliminate potential process flaws, then contact all drivers to communicate client specifications, requirements, and scheduled departure times;
* Manage fleet and operational availability under your responsibility;
* Direct trailers to undergo decontamination services;
* Update registration, vehicle, and documentation (CIC/CIPP/Tire Pressure/CRVL/ANTT) on client portals to ensure uninterrupted operations without pending documentation that would prevent equipment from undertaking trips;
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace and perform tasks in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards;
* Perform other duties as required and/or at the discretion of your immediate supervisor, whenever necessary.
**Requirements**
* **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Flexible working hours;
* Responsible attitude, adherence to regulations, and ability to work effectively in teams.
**Required Technical Knowledge:**
* Knowledge of logistics operations;
* Understanding of working hour regulations under Law No. 13.103 and ADI;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Knowledge of MOPP (Movement and Operation of Hazardous Materials) and its specific requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in transportation, logistics, or hazardous materials operations;
* Familiarity with applicable safety regulations.
