This professional will play an essential role in delivering consultative service to our customers, ensuring that the in-store shopping experience reflects the quality standard of our service. Your role is to operate on the store’s front line — responsible for customer reception, technical sales, and maintaining the store’s operational integrity, ensuring our wine cellar remains consistently organized, well-stocked, and ready for customers. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver consultative service and sell wines, assisting customers in their selections. * Operate the sales registration system and perform cash closing. * Ensure shelf and wine cellar organization, cleanliness, and continuous restocking. * Accurately price products and conduct inventory checks. * Maintain an immaculate store environment, ensuring proper display and preservation of wine labels. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service and sales. * Organized, proactive profile with ease using sales and billing systems. * Strong communication, hospitality, and attention-to-detail skills. * Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak season. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical knowledge of wines and English fluency.
