Our mission is to enhance our clients’ results through efficient visual communication that improves people’s safety, promotes well-being, enhances perception, and thereby increases the value of their brands. **General Description:** The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for controlling, organizing, and monitoring the inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment used in the production of visual communication items, ensuring supply to all departments and smooth operation of the production process. **Job Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials, inks, banners, sheets, adhesives, supplies, and equipment used in production; * Track material inflows and outflows from the warehouse using software systems or spreadsheets; * Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain an organized stock; * Select and prepare materials for production according to work orders; * Monitor expiration dates and proper storage conditions for sensitive materials (e.g., inks and solvents); * Request stock replenishment based on consumption patterns and predefined minimum stock levels; * Support the production team by supplying required inputs accurately and promptly; * Properly dispose of waste and obsolete materials in accordance with internal regulations; * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Generate stock control reports as needed; * Comply with occupational safety standards and safe handling procedures for chemical materials (where applicable); * Receive materials, verify invoices, and inspect product quality and quantity; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in logistics or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in this role or in similar areas (warehousing, inventory management, logistics); * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets and inventory control systems); * Organizational ability, attention to detail, proactivity, and accountability;
