Error analysis and support for integrations via REST APIs An Information Technology Services company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Conduct technical onboarding of new customers, ensuring correct integration between systems. Provide Level 1 technical support via channels such as help desk, WhatsApp, email, and Slack. Perform ticket triage and prioritization, registering and tracking tickets within established SLA timeframes. Conduct basic analysis of operational and systemic errors, identifying root causes in integrations and data flows. Provide support for integrations via REST APIs, using tools such as Postman to test requests. Process and analyze CSV and JSON files, validating data consistency in integrations. Interface with internal technology, product, and business teams to escalate more complex tickets. Monitor customers during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to solution usage. Provide support by guiding customers on optimal platform feature utilization and resolving questions.
