They will have two opportunities for position review; if they decline both, they will be removed from the Reserve List. **Position Details** * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance, on-site cafeteria. * Working hours: 220h * Salary and other conditions will be communicated to summoned candidates during the selection process. **Main Responsibilities** * Fulfill employment contract obligations and comply with institutional policies, guidelines, and protocols, safeguarding professional image, safe behaviors, and well-being. * Coordinate and align decisions with area leadership, promoting actions aligned with the Competency-Based Management Model and Employee Experience. * Design and deliver training sessions, capacity-building activities, classes, and events related to Human and Organizational Development (HOD). * Serve as an internal consultant to leaders and managers on behavioral issues and performance management. * Promote, monitor, and analyze Competency-Based Performance Management, Organizational Climate, and Culture processes. * Provide reception and support to employees and leaders, analyzing requests and demands—including leaves of absence for courses and events. * Develop Onboarding, Offboarding, and essential competency, value, and organizational strategy reinforcement strategies throughout the employee lifecycle. * Enable and track departmental indicators. * Address additional work process demands in accordance with institutional policies, protocols, manuals, regulations, and bylaws. **Requirements for Participation in This Selection Process** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Psychology; * Preferred: Certificate of Postgraduate Specialization (Lato Sensu) or official statement from educational institution confirming ongoing enrollment (Specialization, Residency, with minimum workload of 360 hours – INEP/MEC requirement) in Organizational Psychology, Corporate Education, Continuing Education, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in Human and Organizational Development (HOD), Training, Development, Education, and/or Business Partner roles. * Active, unrestricted registration with the professional regulatory body—CRP/SP or COREN/SP; registration protocols, applications, or pending requests will not be accepted; * Must not have participated in any selection process within the last 6 months. **Evaluation Stages: All stages are eliminatory and ranking-based** * Resume Analysis. * Group Interview. * Interview with Area Manager. **Applications** Submit resumes between 10/20/2025 and 10/23/2025, until 12:00 p.m. on the final day.
