Calculate and manage vacation time and employment terminations. Calculate and remit labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). Generate and submit ancillary obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, and DIRF. Integrate labor court proceedings into payroll processing. Monitor collective bargaining agreements and apply/verify labor disputes and union obligations. Provide support to employees regarding payroll and pay slips. Perform reconciliations and update system data. Generate payroll provisions, 13th-month salary, and vacation accruals.
