




**Facilities Analyst** We are seeking a **Facilities Analyst** to work in **Santos**. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** * Monitor the use of corporate vehicles (owned and outsourced); * Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers (including vehicle leasing companies and loan agreements); * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and periodic reviews; * Receive, verify, and forward invoices for payment; * Monitor key performance indicators related to consumption, mileage, damages, and compliance; * Conduct checklists, sign responsibility agreements, and manage key control; * Prepare management reports and support educational campaigns for users; * Ensure organized archiving of vehicle-related documentation; * Manage the corporate parking system, including user registration and access control; * Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and accessibility standards. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in fleet and/or facilities management within medium- to large-sized companies; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of Power BI and/or fleet/facilities management systems (e.g., Ariba, FleetDesk, CMMS) will be considered an advantage.
