All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to executive board requests with analyses, studies, and managerial reports * Interact with state-level management teams to request, consolidate, and analyze information * Develop analyses and reports to support decision-making * Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs * Propose continuous improvements to internal processes based on data **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields * Advanced Excel (formulas, charts, dashboards, and data analysis) * Power BI (data processing and dashboard creation) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Python knowledge * SQL knowledge **Additional Information** The traditional benefits you already know—we offer them too.
