Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing schedules, planning and controlling civil construction projects, monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and coordinating information for senior management. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of detailed physical-financial schedules 2. Monitoring and control of construction projects with deviation analysis 3. Coordination of planning across multiple departments and preparation of management reports #### **Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed physical\-financial schedules for civil construction projects using project management software. * Plan and control construction projects by monitoring physical and financial progress against the baseline. * Develop and implement S-curves, resource histograms, and progress reports for managerial tracking. * Identify and analyze schedule and cost deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate integration of planning information with procurement, engineering, and execution departments. * Prepare and present performance reports, risk analyses, and mitigation scenarios to senior management. * Participate in budget preparation and cost control, ensuring compliance with planned targets. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in planning and control of civil construction projects. * Advanced proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK) and Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts. * Ability to develop schedules, budgets, and technical\-economic feasibility analyses. * Experience with ERP systems and BI tools for monitoring construction KPIs. #### **Skills** * Primavera P6 * MS Project * Cost Management * Risk Analysis * PMBOK * S-curves * Advanced Excel * SAP (Project Modules) * Power BI ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Benefits:** On-site meals, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Accommodation ### **Department:** PLANNING
