We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for revenue results and business growth within a specific industry partner of the EBD Group. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Build relationships with large account clients to meet sales targets across a full product line or combination of products; * Develop business plans for each account; * Establish and nurture close client relationships to ensure business continuity, supported by sales/distribution support programs; * Collaborate with other managers in developing sales strategies for assigned accounts and contribute to identifying goals and opportunities within the company's overall sales strategies; * Coordinate the use of other company resources (technical, advertising, etc.) to add value to services provided to accounts; * Monitor, evaluate, and guide the performance of the sales team on routes, tracking departmental indicators and goal achievement; * Manage inventory at the company and ensure proper use of refrigeration equipment provided by the represented brand at client locations, where applicable; * Identify clients in the company's portfolio that have had no business activity for over thirty days, proposing corrective actions with the team; * Propose, execute, and monitor merchandising activities at client sites; * Monitor the financial account of the represented brand; * Negotiate trade marketing initiatives with clients on behalf of the represented brand, keeping area management informed; * Monitor negotiations with high-potential clients, providing necessary support; * Monitor incentive and reward programs from the represented brand, keeping the team updated on performance; * Provide clients with product information and profitability insights when necessary; * Analyze audit data from the represented brand and propose corrective solutions; * Analyze and suggest business expansion opportunities within your operational area, considering demographic, economic, and other data; * Evaluate work processes within your area, identifying improvement opportunities together with the team and management. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree desirable; * Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint; * Strong knowledge of Project Management, PDCA method, and Agile methodology; * Availability for travel. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Company Vehicle; * Medical Insurance; * Dental Insurance (Optional); * Life Insurance; * Total Pass; * Psychological Support Service; * EBD Store; * CEC: Partnership with Group Dealerships.
