We will disclose the company's name and further details about it during the first stage of the selection process. **Main responsibilities of the role:** * Generate qualified opportunities, filling the sales funnel with leads through active prospecting (calls, e\-mails, etc.). * Customize consultative approaches, seeking to understand each lead's pain points and needs. * Manage the pipeline flawlessly, keeping the CRM always complete and up to date. * Investigate objections intelligently and adapt arguments to increase meeting conversion rates. * Monitor your performance metrics, analyzing trends and proposing adjustments to optimize results. * Act with autonomy and ownership mindset, managing your own goals and suggesting continuous improvements in processes.
