Job Summary:
A professional responsible for preparing and programming MIG, MAG, and robotic welding machines; welding components; and providing engineering support.
Key Highlights:
1. Robot programming for welding
2. Engineering support in developing jigs and prototypes
3. Operation of MIG, MAG, and robotic welding machines
Prepare MIG, MAG, and robotic welding machines;
Program the robot for welding according to drawings;
Assist Engineering in developing jigs and prototypes;
Receive jigged parts and perform welding using MIG, MAG, and robotic welding machines;
Store welded parts on pallets for transfer to the next process;
Record production output and production losses;
Clean welding machines, equipment, and workbenches;
Provide assistance to the Production Supervisor;
Maintain production equipment;
Use the provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to perform the job;
Be aware of occupational hazards and safety risks associated with the activity;
Be aware of environmental aspects and impacts related to the activity;
Keep the workplace organized and clean, and practice selective waste collection.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$3.470,00 per month
