Mandatory Requirements: ✔ Industrial experience ✔ Completed undergraduate degree in Technology and/or Engineering (focused on the industrial field) * Preferred Qualifications: ✔ Postgraduate degree ✔ Knowledge of MCM (World-Class Manufacturing), Lean methodology, and SAP ✔ Residency in the ABCDMR region or nearby areas Shift work availability is required. Prior experience in metallurgical, automotive parts, or automotive industries is preferred but not mandatory.
