After-Sales Analyst

Job Summary: An analyst who performs budget analyses for sales, prepares technical proposals, and monitors orders and customers to ensure satisfaction and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Involved in the preparation and analysis of sales and after-sales budgets. 2. Maintains direct contact with customers to monitor deliveries and satisfaction. 3. Conducts technical visits to collect project-related information. - Performs analyses to support decision-making for sales and after-sales budgets. - Prepares budgets and technical descriptions for machinery, parts, and services. - Updates cost tables according to information provided by the cost department. - Develops quotation and order studies for presentation to senior management. - Verifies, records, and tracks orders in the ERP system, participating in departmental meetings. - Maintains contact with customers to monitor deliveries, deadlines, satisfaction, and service performance. - Monitors the flow of parts sent for refurbishment and tracks the process through to invoicing. - Requests transport manifests and monitors freight CTEs. - Conducts technical visits when necessary to collect project-related information. Requirements: - Academic background in fields such as: Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing Process Technology, Logistics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite | familiarity with Totvs and SAP systems. - Experience in commercial operations. - Experience in processing parts orders. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4,000.00 per month
