Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and controlling logistics operations in real time, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and compliance with service-level agreements. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and operational action-taking Responsible for real-time monitoring and control of logistics operations, tracking performance indicators, delivery deadlines, and operational incidents. Identifies deviations, handles exceptions, supports operational areas, and serves as the interface with carriers and internal departments, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and adherence to agreed service levels. Job Responsibilities: * Monitor sugar mill performance * Monitor unloading terminal performance * Manage carriers (support, tracking, billing, etc.) * Enter into the system volume allocation quotas per carrier * Formalize and disseminate scheduling information to carriers * Manage scheduling windows for loading and unloading * Populate operation bulletins with relevant operational information * Consolidate data for Flash Reports and Performance Indicator publications * Publish performance information * Monitor and analyze performance indicators to drive corrective actions and accountability * Enter into the system reasons for non-adherence to schedules (accountability assignments) * Organize and lead daily meetings to evaluate operations and take action Enforce accountability to prevent operational deviations—whether involving sugar mills, terminals, or carriers—to achieve optimal overall operational productivity
