**Job Opening: Foreign Trade Analyst** Location: Mogi Mirim – SP \| On-site Opportunity Employment Type: CLT \| Salary: R$ 4,000.00 \+ Meal Voucher of R$ 500.00 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break. **Job Summary** A professional with robust experience in trading and import operations, responsible for managing the entire end-to-end import process — from negotiating with international suppliers to customs clearance and final delivery of goods at the destination. Will operate autonomously, efficiently, and with strong focus on compliance, ensuring effective execution of operations, risk mitigation, and optimization of logistical and financial outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the full import cycle, including purchase orders, documentation, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery; * Directly structure import processes under “account and order” and “consignment” models; * Conduct international quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with foreign suppliers; * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers, carriers, and regulatory agencies; * Issue, verify, and control documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificates of Origin, Import License (LI), Import Declaration (DI), Unified Import Declaration (DUIMP), among others; * Ensure correct fiscal classification (NCM) and accurate calculation of import duties and taxes; * Monitor import schedules, analyze costs, prepare reports, and present performance indicators (KPIs); * Assess operational feasibility, identifying opportunities for cost savings, logistical improvements, and lead time reduction; * Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, Siscomex, ANVISA, MAPA, INMETRO, and other regulatory bodies; * Support related departments — such as Sales, Finance, and Logistics — with technical information and assistance regarding import processes and financial closing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields; * Proven experience in international import operations and work with trading companies; * In-depth knowledge of Siscomex, Radar, DUIMP, LI/DI, customs regimes, international documentation, and import ERP systems; * Practical experience negotiating with foreign suppliers and analyzing import costs; * Knowledge of fiscal classification, Incoterms, and customs compliance; * Experience performing final import operation closing, including reconciliation of all associated costs; * Advanced English (technical writing, reading, and speaking). * Familiarity with Narwal system or other import ERP systems.
