Fluent English and hands-on experience with SAP for international interaction **Entes RH**, in partnership with **CBC**, is seeking a professional for the position of: **Senior Import Analyst** **Location:** Ribeirão Pires - ABC Residence within the Greater ABC region (Ribeirão Pires, Santo André, Mauá, São Bernardo do Campo, or São Caetano do Sul) is required. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Salary:** Negotiable (we work based on salary expectations) **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or International Relations * Solid experience in **industrial importation**, covering the entire process end-to-end (A to Z) * Proficiency in **customs clearance, current legislation, and import documentation** * Hands-on experience with **SAP** * Fluent English (frequent interaction with international partners) * Organized, analytical, and resilient profile, with strong execution capability * Residence within the **Greater ABC** region is mandatory **Main Responsibilities** * Full technical management of import processes, from pre-shipment to customs clearance * Interface with customs brokers, international suppliers, and approving authorities * Document verification and validation in accordance with the Customs Regulation * Negotiation of international freight, goods, and commercial terms * Monitoring of special regimes (drawback, exemption from tariff, import licenses) * Control of shipments, foreign exchange, payments, and departmental KPIs * Support for projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to the import process **Benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy and on-site outpatient clinic benefits * On-site cafeteria and meal allowance * Chartered transportation (subject to route schedule) * Corporate benefits and educational partnerships Minimum Educational Requirement: Undergraduate Degree Willingness to travel
