Job Summary:
The Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing maintenance data, developing KPIs, and monitoring costs to optimize fleet performance.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze and manage data from Maintenance, Supplier, and Customer Service areas
* Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in Power BI
* Consolidate, process, and standardize data from various operational sources
* Analyze maintenance team performance (response time, rework, and efficiency in service authorizations)
* Monitor maintenance costs and supplier contracts, identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
* Solid experience in heavy vehicle, machinery, and equipment maintenance.
* Experience with failure analysis, maintenance plan management, and performance indicators.
