Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive operational activities; * Guide the operations team by assigning tasks and ensuring timely execution; * Monitor and control team performance, assessing training needs and promoting continuous employee development; * Manage inventory of materials and spare parts, requesting purchases and controlling stock levels; * Monitor compliance with workplace safety procedures and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Prepare activity reports, performance indicators, and maintenance records; * Control and monitor maintenance costs, constantly seeking cost reduction and resource optimization; * Identify and resolve system and equipment failures by performing diagnostics and proposing effective solutions; * Implement continuous improvements in maintenance processes by suggesting innovative solutions; * Maintain constant communication with other company departments to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Valid driver's license category C or D; * Experience in the field; * Intermediate computer skills; * Ability to make quick decisions. **Additional information** * Meal allowance: R$900.00/month; * Shuttle service; * Health plan: Unimed Santos; * Dental plan: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * Total Pass.
