**Job Description:** Reporting to the CARS (Cognitive, Agentic and Robotic Services) Director, the CARS Senior Lead will lead operations and architecture for Next Generation Technologies and Intelligent Automation Hub solutions. The role will help design, operate, measure, enhance, and scale solutions for these key enablers of Mars’ digital strategy, driving significant benefits in terms of growth, efficiency, quality, risk, and service levels. The position will help to support and improve one of Mars’ critical service offerings – RapidRead, a ground\-breaking AI that reads and analyses pet x\-rays within seconds.
