




Description: Technical skills: * Proven experience as a Tech Lead * Solid full-stack development experience, including: * Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or similar) * Back-end: Python, Go, Node * Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL). * Experience with CI/CD, Git, pipelines, and development automation. * Proficiency in testing (unit, integration, automation) and technical debt management. * Strong knowledge of scalability, parallelism, performance, and observability. * Experience with serverless architecture, containers, and cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud). Behavioral & Management skills: * Ability to self-manage, collaborate, and make decisions. * Ability to lead, inspire, and deliver structured, constructive feedback. * Clear communication aligned with established business strategies. * Strategic vision to align technology with company goals during Roadmap planning. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Development & Quality: * Engage in hands-on development, especially for critical or complex tasks affecting the platform’s Core. * Ensure quality through processes, metrics, testing (unit, integration), and code reviews. * Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, repository workflows, and observability. * Identify bottlenecks, propose performance improvements, and maintain service and platform health. Integration & Collaboration: * Work jointly with PMs and PDs to ensure technology involvement from conception through to end-user value delivery. * Actively participate in strategic discussions within Tech Chapters, proposing innovative solutions. * Facilitate removal of technical or conceptual blockers, align communication with stakeholders, and guide potential solutions.
