Job Summary:
We are seeking a Machining Specialist with technical leadership capabilities to monitor, control, and guide teams in cutting, machining, grinding, and welding processes, ensuring task execution and achievement of targets.

We are looking for a qualified **Machining Specialist** with **technical leadership** skills to serve as a reference in **cutting, machining, grinding, and welding** processes.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor, control, and guide the team and execution of activities and established production processes.
* Support area leadership by monitoring, training, and guiding teams, as well as monitoring and controlling activity execution and results related to departments under responsibility—aiming to achieve established production targets (volume, quality, and deadlines).
* Act as a technical leader in the machining area, while also performing operational tasks alongside operators during workload peaks, staff reassignments, absences, or delays.
* Ensure machine programming, setup, and adjustment, adhering to respective Work Instructions, control panels, and required product settings to meet defined operational needs.
* Control the quantity of parts to be processed, observing the defined sequencing of production orders, ensuring continuous machine feeding when necessary and maintaining separation and traceability of production lots.
* Maintain and request other colleagues to keep the area and equipment clean and organized, following current guidelines and instructions.
* Follow and enforce activities described in applicable Work Instructions and Procedures for the area of responsibility.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* 4–6 years of experience as a senior operator or technical-level professional in machining
* Metal machining processes using CNC machine tools
* Programming logic
* Technical education in machining
* Metrology
* OEE

* 1st Shift: Mon–Thu 7:00–17:00, Fri 7:00–16:00
* 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu 16:55–02:05, Fri 15:55–01:25
Production employees receive two 5-minute breaks per shift for coffee;
